When you first use orchidmedia, we provide a 30 Day demonstration of orchidmedia with all the PRO! features turned on. Once the 30 Days are over, orchidmedia will revert to the Basic version of the software. You can continue to use the Basic version of orchidmedia for as long as you want.

The basic version provides the Organizer, Contacts, Instant Messaging, Places and Mail activities. In fact, all the basic features needed to use email and Instant Messaging.

If you purchase the PRO! version of orchidmedia, you have the product features of 5 other software products on your computer, 6 if you include the TV player - in one software program. That's 5 other products that you don't need to start every time you want to use them, or 5 products which load when you turn your computer on. Of course, that's 5 other products which store your information differently, and then require you to move your information from one product to the other. By combining your favorite applications into one system, we have simplified the use and movement of your information on the computer.

If you store large amounts of information on your computer, or wish to in the future, you need a fast way of retrieving the information, and an easy way of storing the information. Most software products for the Windows Operating system use files and directories on the computer to store information which varies in length, such as pictures, documents, music, and video.

If you receive information over the internet using email, instant messaging and your browser, you can expect to accumulate a large number of files on the computer. Very few of us have the time to go through all these files and organize the important ones, and delete the unused ones.
