Web Search Queries

When you create a new user in orchidmedia using the New registration window, the software creates a number of Web Search queries for you to use with the Web Search Toolbar in the Web Activity.  you can edit the Web Search queries or add your own favorite queries to find resources on the web.

 

To display the Web Search queries for the current user, select the web activity, and select the show Link views (1) button on the Web Toolbar.

 

Next select the Web Search Folder from the tree view of the Internet folders shown in the navigation panel to the left of the Web browser.  The Web Toolbar changes to include the edit (2) and new link (2) buttons for Web Search queries.

In addition, the Web browser displays the Web Search tabbed window as shown below:-

Each Web Search query consists of a name (1), and an Internet Location (2).  The Location field provides the Search query to send to the search engine.    You can manage Web Site Queries using the Toolbar, or the pop-up menu associated with the view.
