Video View

Selecting the Video Library Activity from the Navigation Panel displays the Video View (2), the Video toolbar (1), the Video Search bar (3), and the Video Library menu in the menu bar, as shown below.

There are additional functions available from the pop-up menu (4) displayed in the Video view when you right click on the mouse over the Video view.

 

The Video view presents Video files with clip information, which is read from inside each file, when the files are added to the Video Library.  You can sort the files on any of the columns displayed to find a group of tracks.   You can also use the Video Search Bar to filter for clips beginning with a given value.

5. Video Field - select the type of information you wish to filter tracks using the drop down list of fields shown in the Video Search bar.

 

6. Search Value Field - type a search value in the search value field.  Values can be as little as one character or number. Press the return key on the keyboard to start the filter.

 

7. Search button - click on the Search button to start the filter on the Search value in (6).
