Using the To do List

The Organizer Activity displays the To Do List panel to the right of the Day, Week, Month and Year View.  You can use the To Do List panel to create a list of tasks, and manage and report on progress on the tasks.

Within the To Do List panel, there is a Task List View (1) to display column information on Task folder, Task description, Status, Priority, Start date, and Due date.

 

You can manage the progress of Tasks, by changing the Task Status (2). In the example above the "Write Quote" has a tick against to show that the task was completed. The "Send Quote to Customers" task above has the In Progress icon against it to show the task has started, and it has not been completed yet.

 

The Add New Task button and the Task Edit Field (3) allow you to create a quick task from the To Do List Panel. Buttons above the Task Edit Field provide further functions to change the status of selected task(s) in the To Do List Panel (4) and (5), to edit the selected Task using the Task Window (6), Delete the selected task(s) (7), and display the Task View Window.
