In orchidmedia, you can customize the way the software works for each user using the User Preferences Window.
If you have started orchidmedia Desktop Companion for the first time, and you have just created your first new user using New User Registration, the software will display the User Preferences Window directly after you have signed in, so that you can create Email and Instant Messaging accounts.
You can change Preferences for the current user by selecting the Tools|Preferences Menu action from the Menu on the Menu bar:-
