As orchidmedia connects to instant message servers using your accounts, it receives information on the contact contact groups currently used for the account. If the software can not find a corresponding contact folder with the same name, the IM Contact Manager can be used to create the contact folders for you.
The list of unknown Contact Groups are displayed on the left side of the Unknown Contact Groups Page. Follow the instructions on the page to tick the Contact groups that you wish to create in orchidmedia (1).

2. Parent Folder - select the parent folder for the new Contact folders from the list of existing contact folders shown to the right of the page displayed. When the software creates unknown groups as contact folders, it will position the new contact folder as a sub folder of the Parent folder selected.
3. Create Folders - click on the create button to create contact sub-folders for any unknown Contact groups ticked in the list. You can position individual groups as contact sub-folders under different parent folders by repeating the steps 1, 2 and 3 for each unknown group.
4. Remove Folder - select an unknown Contact group from the list displayed under (1) and click on the Remove button to remove the folder from the list. You can use the remove button to ignore individual groups which you do not want to be included in orchidmedia.
5. Next Page - click on the Next page button when you have finished with adding unknown contact groups and to move to the unknown contacts page.
