The Navigation Panel

The Navigation Panel provides the Online status of the User (1), the activity list (2), and the User folder tree view (3).  Selecting an Activity from the list updates the Activity Panel with the current view of the activity selected, it updates the user folder tree view (3) with the User folders for the activity, and it updates the Menu Bar with the actions and view options for the Activity.

You can use the Up and Down Arrows (4) in the activity list to scroll the activities available in the player, when the height of the Player window is too short to display all the activities.  You can reposition an Activity item in the list by dragging the item above or below the other activities.

All items created by the software are stored in the User Folders shown in the User Folder tree view.  You can manage the User folders, to create new folders, to empty/delete the items stored in a folder by using the Popup menu in the tree view.

Move the mouse over the tree view or a User folder in the tree view and click the right hand button to display the popup menu.  Move the mouse over the Menu action you desire and click the left hand button to select it.  Disabled options are shown in gray.  (See Common Features|Media Folders Window for more reading on folders).

You can increase the width of the Activity Panel by selecting the Reduce Button (5) at the top right of the Navigation Panel, or by moving the vertical split bar between the Navigation Panel and the Activity Panel.
