Once you have selected the Import File in the Import File Selection Page, the software displays the Target Folders Selection Page as shown below:-

Target Folder Selection Page
1. Previous Page - select the previous page button to move back a page during the display of the Import Window.
2. Next Page - select the next page button to move to the next page.
3. Contacts Subfolder - select the folder where you want to store the imported contacts from the drop down list.
4. Places Subfolder - select the folder where you want to store the imported addresses from the drop down list.
5. New Folder - If you don't like the current folders provided, you can display the Media Folders Window here using the New Folder button to create your own folders for the import.
6. Import Rules - you can control how the import creates contact and places in orchidmedia, by selecting one of the following Import Rule options shown in this Group box.
A.> Create Duplicates when found - this is add duplicate contacts and places if they already exist in orchidmedia or the import file.
B.> Ignore Duplicates when found - this will not add duplicate contacts and places
C.> Replace with Last Duplicate - this will not add duplicate contacts and places, however it will replace the existing one with the latest one found in the import file.
7. Cancel -select the Cancel button to cancel the import and exit the import window, at any time during the import process.
Once you have selected the Contacts subfolder and Places subfolder, and the Import Rules, you can select the Next Page button (2) to map the fields in the import file to the fields in orchidmedia for Contacts and Places.
