When you create new email messages in orchidmedia using the Mail Editor Window, you can select who will receive the email using the Contact Selection button displayed to the left of the To and CC field on the Mail Editor Window.
The Contact Selection button displays the Contact Selection Window, as shown below:-

Contact Sekection Window
1. Contact Folders - use the Contact Folders Tree view to show Contacts with email addresses stored in a contact sub folder in the Contacts View (2). Note, some of the contacts may not have email addresses, and they will not be displayed here.
2. Contacts View - select items from the Contacts View to add to the To List (3) or th CC List (4). Items are sorted with the Contact Name and Email Address, by first name or last name order.
5. Search Field - you can search for a contact in the search field (5) using the first name or last name of the contact.
6. First name, and Last Name order - buttons are provided (6) to set the search and sort for the contact view by first name or by Last name order. Click on one of the buttons (6) to set the sort order.
7. New Contact - you can create a new contact using the New contact button (7), if you are unable to find the contact in the contact view. Clicking on the new contact button displays the contacts details window (see Creating Contacts).
8. Open Contact - alternatively, you can select a contact from the contact view, and edit the contacts details using the Open contact button. Clicking on the Open contact button displays the contact details window with the selected contact.
9. To List Add - use the To List Add button to add selected contacts from the contact view into the To List (3).
10. To List Remove - use the To List Remove button to remove your selections from the To List (3).
11. CC List Add - use the CC List Add button to add selected contacts from the contact view into the CC list (4).
12. CC List Remove - use the CC List Remove button to remove your selections from the CC List (4).
13. Cancel - if you wish to ignore contact selections, and return to the Mail Editor window, click on the Cancel button.
14. Select - when you have made your contact selections, click on the Select button to close the Contact Selection window and return to the Mail Editor Window. The Contacts selected in the To List and CC List will appear in the To and CC fields of the Mail Editor Window.
