From the User Preferences Window, you can change the Organizer preferences for the User by selecting the Organizer option displayed to the left of the window.  The Organizer Preferences Page looks like this:-

1. Time Format - use the drop down list to choose from a 12 hour clock or 24 hour clock display on all Organizer views and events.

 

2. Start Week on - select the day that you would like start the week in all Organizer views and events.

 

3. Show Event Times - select to show event times inside any display of an event in the Organizer views.

 

4. No. of Days in Day View - choose the number of days to display in the day view from 1 to 7.

 

5. Show time in units of - select the time interval from the drop down list provided.

 

6. Highlight Working Hours - select this if you want to show working hours. If checked, you can set the working hours for the user in the table below.
