You have already created your first user in orchidmedia, as part of the New User registration process when orchidmedia Desktop Companion runs for the first time. You create further users using the Desktop User Menu action "New User", as shown, or edit the current user's details using the "Edit User Details" Menu action.

The Edit User details is identical to the New User Registration Window, with the exception that it does not create User Folders. You can modify the current User's media folders using the Media Folders Window. Read the section on New User Registration to see how you can Edit User Details.
