You can use the Video View in the Video Library activity to manage and organize Video files in to different folders using the Video Toolbar, or the Edit menu options on the menu bar.

Video Toolbar
There are functions to Cut, Copy, Paste and Delete selected items from the Video View using the buttons on the Toolbar. You can use these functions together to move Video files from one folder to another.
To see how this works, the following example moves 6 Clips from a folder called My Selections to a Folder we have named as Home Movies:-

Video Copy Example
First, we select the Video files from the displayed clips in the video View for the My Selections folder, by depressing the Shift button and dragging the mouse over each track in turn. The selected Clips are highlighted as shown in (1). You can use any of the Mouse and Keyboard selection commands to select the Clips.
Next, we select the Copy button (2) on the Video toolbar to copy the selected items to the Clipboard. When items are copied or cut to the clipboard, the Clipboard Window (3) displays to show the current items in the Clipboard. You can use the Delete or Empty button in the Clipboard Window to remove items in Clipboard storage.

Video Paste Example
Finally, we select the Home Movies folder from the Video sub-folders displayed in the navigation panel to the left of the Video view and select the Paste button (5) to copy the Video file collection (4) selected in the Clipboard Window to the Home Movies folder. The newly copied Video files are displayed as Clips in the Video View (6).
When you copy Clips from the one folder to another, the video files for the clips do not physically move to the new folder, unless you used the "Add Files to Library" or "Add and Remove Source" option when you used the Scan or Add Video action. In both of these two cases, the files are physically moved in secured storage to the selected folder. When you are referencing Video Files which are stored outside orchidmedia's secure storage, the reference record to the file is moved to the selected folder, and the physical location of the music files remains the same.
Selecting the Cut or Delete Actions from the toolbar or menu will remove the files selected from the Video Folder. Again, if the clips are only reference records to Video files stored outside of orchidmedia's secure storage system, the reference records are deleted, and the Video files in this case remain untouched.
