There is a further feature in orchidmedia to forward email messages received to another recipient. In this case, the entire contents of the email are sent forward with any file attachments.
You can forward an email message from the mail view using the Forward button on the Mail Toolbar, or by selecting the Actions | Forward Message menu action from the Menu bar in the activity panel.

Mail Actions Menu
You must select an email message from the Mail view, to open the message to read, or before selecting one of the Forward actions, described above. If you have previously opened the message, you can use the Forward button on the Mail Editor toolbar to create the forwarded message.
The software will create a new email message from your email account, but it leaves the To and CC fields for you to fill-in. Forwarded messages have the prefix FW: in the subject title to show that it is a forwarded message. Here is an example of a forwarded message:-

Example of Fowarding Message

You can also add attachments using the Add Attachments button to the left of the Attached field.
4. Original Message - the original message is provided in the body of the message with an original message header. The header shows the original sender, the sent date, the original recipient, and the subject. You can type in your own message above the original message or add remarks to the original message.
5. Cancel - click on the Cancel button to cancel the fowarded message and return to previous open message or the mail view.
6. Save - click on the Save button to save the forwarded message to the Drafts folder associated with the email account in the from field. You can open the forwarded message in the Drafts folder to edit the message later.
7. Send - click on the Send button to send the forwarded message to the email addresses in the To Field. The forwarded message is saved in the Sending folder until the next time that the software automatically sends messages or you select the Send or Transmit menu actions or buttons in the mail activity.
