Navigation:  Organizer > Event Reminders

When you create events with reminders, orchidmedia displays an alarm symbol with the event description on the organizer views to show you there is an alarm associated with the event.

 

 

At the scheduled time for the reminder, the software displays an Event reminder window for the event, as shown in the example below:-

 

 

1. Date and Time - the software displays the Date and Time using Windows regional settings

for the computer.

 

2. Event Description - below the Date and time, the software displays the Event Description.

 

3. Snooze - you can click on the Snooze button to close the reminder, and the software will redisplay the reminder after the time given in the fields (4) to the right of the Snooze button.

 

5. Open - you can open the Event details Window to review the Event or make any changes.

 

6. Close - when you select the Close button, the software closes the reminder window for the event.
