Documents Library

The Documents Library acts as a catch-all storage area for different files which may reside on your computer. You can use the Documents Folders like folders on the computer to group and organize your files.

 

The following section describes how to manage documents and files in orchidmedia using the Documents Activity.  You can select the Documents Activity in the orchidmedia Desktop Companion by selecting the Documents Icon (1) from the Activity List in the Navigation Panel.

When you select the Documents Activity Icon (1), the software displays the document sub-folders for the current user in the Folder Tree view in the Navigation Panel (2).  You can show files by folder by selecting one of the sub-folders from the Tree view.
