When you select the Organizer Activity, the Last Calendar view (Day, Week, Month, or Year view) displays in the activity Panel. Depending on the last selected event folder selected in the User Folder Tree View, the events for the user for the selected day will display in the Day view.

Example of Day View
Across the top of the Day view, there are buttons to switch from the Day view (1) to the Week View (2), the Month View (3), and the Year View (4). In the area (5), there are various buttons to change the Day View Settings, (increase/decrease the time interval shown, increase/decrease the number of days shown, switch from 12 hour to 24 hour).
Down the side of the Day view, the current Day is shown in time intervals. You can change the time interval in area (5) or set the time interval in User Preferences. Using the arrow keys or the scroll bar, you can move the day view to different time intervals.
Depending on whether you wish to show working hours or not, the background color (7) of each time interval row is displayed in white or beige. The white color shows a time interval in working hours, the beige color shows a time interval outside working hours.
The current position in the Day view (8) is shown in the highlighted color. Use the Arrow keys to change the current position.
The Day view displays events as rectangular areas, representing the start and end of the event in the Day (see 11). All Day events are shown at the top of the view (9). In the example above (9), we have a birthday shown. You can create all day events or select All Day events by clicking on the area (10) in the Day view.
The Day view displays an event description (12) within the event rectangle, with symbols to denote whether there is an alarm or whether the event re-occurs.
To Edit an event, you can left button, double-click or right button click the mouse inside an event rectangle in the Day view. The left button click on the mouse will edit the Event description, and the double-click action will display the Event Window for the selected item. The right button click on the mouse displays the Day view pop-up menu with various actions to carry out on the selected item(s).
To select one or more events, you can use the arrow keys and shift or Ctrl key to highlight a number of time interval rows. You can use the right hand button or the action button in the Organizer Toolbar, or the Edit Menu action in the Menu bar to delete, cut, copy the event(s) found inside highlighted rows.
As with all views in the Organizer, you can print and print preview from the Menu actions under Actions on the Menu bar.
