Orchidmedia provides access to stored information and media content by way of it's User folders. A User folder can be viewed and organised in much the same way as folders on your computer - you can cut and paste items from one folder to another, move folders and their contents to another folder, and create sub-folders as an example.
The User Folders Page displays the standard folders which will be used within orchidmedia to store media content for the new user. Each new user has their own set of User Folders for storage. There are a number of folders defined on the this page, which you can choose to create for the new user or omit.
Double Click on the User Folder displayed in area 1 shown to show or hide the sub-folders, and click on the checkbox beside a folder to create or omit the folder when you save the new user profile. If you are in any doubt as to whether to create or omit a folder, you can leave the folder, and you can always remove it later.
Once you are happy with your User Folders selections, you are ready to create the new user. Click on the Save button to complete the registration process.
