From the To Do List Panel, in the Organizer Activity, you can edit Tasks, by selecting the task from the Task List, and clicking on the Edit Task button. (see Using the To Do List).   You can also create and edit tasks using the Task View Window.  In both cases, the Task Window displays as shown below:-

Task Window

1. Description - provides the Task Description field, the Task folder, and the Priority Drop down lists. If you are creating a new task, the Task Folder is the last Task folder used.

2. Timing - provides a Due Date and Start Date for the task. This is optional as you may be creating a task which is not time sensitive.

3. Status - allocates the status Sleep, Start, Finish to the Task. On Finish, you can provide a completion date.

4. Set Alarm - provides a Reminder for a user defined number of minutes, hours or days before the task is due.

5. Notes - provides an editing field to expand on the Task description with more details.

6. Save and New button - saves the current details and clears the Task window to create a new task.

7. Cancel button - ignores the current changes and closes the Task window.

8. Save button - saves the current details and closes the Task window.
