orchidmedia provides features to store comprehensive contact information, including an unlimited number of addresses, and phone numbers for a person. If you intend to use the communication features within orchidmedia, you can use the address details page to store the address of any places associated with the new user. The addresses entered here can then be used by you when communicating with other people. Note: information stored in orchidmedia is not accessible or available to Information Core Technologies.
You can enter addresses in the details page shown below, or pass onto the User Folders page:-
1. The Address Details Navigation Bar.
orchidmedia displays a navigation bar at the top of the page to add further addresses, and navigate between these addresses that you create. There is an Add and Delete button to create and remove the addresses. The arrow buttons to the left of the navigation bar move to and display each address.
2. The Address Fields
The Address type provides a means of distinguishing between different types of addresses, such as a home address or a work address. Select the appropriate type from the drop-down list which best fits the new address. orchidmedia will display a heading against each Address field given the type.
The Place name field should be used to store the Company/Organisation name, or if the address is a home address, it can be used as a description such as "Fred's place" which is better to search on later than a street number.
Address fields start with the Country/Region field, so that orchidmedia can present the correct number of address fields for different parts of the world. All known countries as of September 2006 are listed, although we have omitted some remote islands where it was difficult to assess whether a human population exists. Once you select a Country, the County/State/Province field will supply the appropriate values for the Country, and the international telephone code is supplied in the phone and fax fields.
The County/State/Province, City, and Zipcode/Postcode fields will vary according to the Country selected.
Once you have entered one or more addresses for the new user, Click on the 
Next Page button to display the User Folders Page
