The orchidmedia Desktop Companion uses many standard mouse and keyboard operations common to the Windows operating system throughout the software, to select and edit information.
It uses common concepts in File storage to provide a dual storage system, and to make it easy to import and export information.
There are also a number of persistent Menu actions, shortcuts, and windows throughout the software to provide common features across all the activities. These are described in the following topics.
